Our Goal
Core Sport is a RESULTS BASED studio. Everything we do Core Sport is evaluated and measured to ensure maximum results while safely and effectively training the client. We work with each client as an individual to help them achieve their goals.
OUR MISSION:
To provide our clients with the physical tools and knowledge to optimize their health and wellness goals through an individualized approach to Pilates, Functional Training, Therapeutic Massage and Nutritional consulting. All members receive the maximum attention and service from our staff from group to private sessions. No class is ever greater than 15 people to preserve the quality of the instruction.
Being located in Downtown Plymouth, Core Sport conveniently services clients from Canton, Novi, Livonia, Northville, South Lyon, Saline, Ann Arbor and only 25 minutes from downtown Detroit.
