Types of classes offered:


METABOLIC CONDTIONING:
Put simply FAT BURN!
This Level 1-2 Class is guaranteed to make you sweat. This is a full body workout focusing on developing and strengthening the fundamental movement patterns in addition to adding a metabolic conditioning element to increase fat burning and gaining overall strength as well as cardiovascular endurance. Core Sport specializes in functional movement as well as core strengthening so of course this will be an essential element in the class. This class is guaranteed to help you shape, tone, strengthen your body and lose weight. The Metabolic Conditioning program will change every 4-6 weeks to ensure the class keeps challenging the energy system to maximize results. The class will use your own bodyweight, free weights, stability balls, TRX suspension trainer, and resistance bands to get everyone those guaranteed results.

LEVEL 2-3 
METABOLIC CONDITIONING
This Level 2-3 Class is focused on transitioning to more complex functional training. Clients in this class will have perfected full variations of Level 1-2 Metabolic Conditioning and should be ready physically to increase complexity of the exercises. Because of the increased difficulty and increased risk for injury, clients in Level 2-3 Metabolic Condition must have a strong fundamental movement practice and be able to perform at a certain level.   This full body workout combines the fundamental movement patterns from Level 1-2 but incorporates more challenging complex exercises that increase fat burning and overall strength as well as cardiovascular endurance. 
Remember the body will have better results when the exercises are done correctly with the appropriate level of intensity. Core Sport specializes in functional movement as well as core strengthening so of course this will be an essential element in the class. This class is guaranteed to help you shape, tone, strengthen your body and lose weight. Core Yoga

Core Yoga will follow the classic principles of Ashtanga Yoga. The instructor will guide each participant through asanas (postures) to ensure proper execution of each movement through the use of proper alignment and oppositional energy. Core Yoga will increase your understanding of the most fundamental postures in Ashtanga yoga as well as strengthen your knowledge and body deeper into the practice. This class is designed to increase strength, flexibility and mental clarity.





Advanced TRX Group class

Must have prior TRX experience for this class. We require that the participants know how to adjust and maneuver their own TRX's quickly and efficiently and to have done at least 5 regular TRX classes or worked with the TRX in private or duet sessions. It is for the safety of the participants as well as the flow of the class that we require experience before entering. This 1 hour class utilizes the TRX Suspension Trainer and you will be guided through the most intense Advanced exercises of the TRX. The instructor will guide you through a whole body workout guaranteed to challenge you in ways you never knew were possible. The TRX system works your strength, balance, flexibility, and your heart rate will be up! Enter at your own risk! 






  



Pilates Mat Class

Pilates Mat class is a floor based series of exercises that strengthens the core and stability muscles around the spine. While the main focus is on the core, all other areas such as the hips, glutes, legs ,and arms will also reap the rewards of a strong mat practice. Pilates mat is a great form of core conditioning for all levels and is great for increasing flexibility and creating a more properly aligned spine. Clients achieve a stronger core, greater range of motion, changes in the midsection, hips, and thighs, and overall better posture.

LEVEL 2-3
MOVING INTO ADVANCED MAT
This Level 2-3 class focuses on the progression and integration of the Advanced Pilates mat movements into the Intermediate Mat System.  Clients in this class should have a very strong Intermediate Classical Pilates practice and should have an active pilates practice at a Classical Pilates(TM) studio with at least 1 year of a consistent 2-3 day a week practice.  Instructors of a "Classical Pilates" certification are also able to attend.

Pilates was originally called the "Art of Contrology" and should be thought of as a practice.  You are constantly trying improve your techniques and execute proper form.  The progressions that you learn in "Moving into Pilates Mat" will help you learn the proper progressions of the advanced pilates exercises to create and develop a strong Advanced Pilates Mat practice.
